Who this covers
People in Ireland and the United Kingdom who visit this website, send an enquiry, or become customers. Because we advertise to Ireland, we treat the EU GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018 as relevant, together with the UK GDPR.
Data we collect
- Identity and contact data you type into the form: name, email, phone, company or household, plan, message.
- WhatsApp content you send after the form opens the chat.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, consent choice.
- Contract and billing data if you later buy a retainer.
Why we use it
- Respond to your request and scope a software retainer — contract steps / legitimate interests.
- Run the website and keep it secure — legitimate interests.
- Comply with tax, company and consumer law — legal obligation.

Opening the chat sends your message through WhatsApp, a Meta service. Meta is a separate controller for its own processing. Do not put special-category data or payment card numbers in the first message.
